“MANIFESTING CIVIC DREAMS: BALTIMORE” THE REGINALD LEWIS MUSEUM

Collaboration with Graham Coreil-Allen to create an interactive floor map for participants of the Elijah E. Cummings Democracy and Freedom Festival to share gems and wishes for Baltimore City. The installation featured a 12’ x 15’ printed floor map and custom laser-cut pop-up cardboard signs for participants to place their additions on the map. The project was commissioned by the Johns Hopkins University SNF Agora Institute.

See Something, Say Something was informed by conversations facilitated with Kramer Middle School students in Southeast DC. The mural is a reminder to speak up for LGBTQIA+ students experiencing bullying and harassment.

 

“3,2,1” Meridian Place + 14th NW Washington, D.C.

Six-part curb-extension mural for the DC Department of Transportation (DDOT), Pipkin Creative, and Chalk Riot! to slow down traffic and increase pedestrian safety, highlighting local businesses and community members detailed in the poem “3,2,1” by Mazaré.

 

“COURAGE” Interstate pillar underneath the ALBANY SKYWAY

30-foot-tall exterior mural under a highway for the Albany Parking Authority and Albany Center Gallery to beautify and contribute to the economic resurgence of downtown Albany while transforming parking garages into urban canvases. The design celebrates the contributions of immigrants to Albany and illustrates migration as a natural process, creating luscious ecosystems and growth.
